Ingredients

3 Tbsp vegetable oil

1 Tbsp flour

1/8 cup chili powder (less if hot chili powder)

2 1/4 cups chicken stock

1 cup tomato paste

1 tsp oregano

1 tsp cumin

1/2 tsp salt

garlic

Preparation

In a medium saucepan, het the oil. Sautee garlic. Add flour, smoothing & stirring. Cook 1 minute. Add chili powder & cook 30 seconds. Add stock, tomato paste, oregano & cumin. Stir to combine. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and cook for 15 minutes.
