Ingredients

2 large flour torilla

1/2 cup falafel mix

4 ounces kalamata olives

2 tablespoons olive oil

4 tablespoons plain yogurt

2 tablespoons hummus

4 ounces crumbled feta cheese

4 ounces fresh spinach

Preparation

Use falafel mix & olive oil to create very small falafel balls, or, in reality, more like a falafel bits

smear hummus onto tortilla

distribute ingredients evenly along axis of tortilla, as desired, adding to taste

fold or roll tortilla and slice into sections as desired
