12 oz bittersweet choc
2 sticks sweet butter
1 cup sugar
6 large eggs
1/2 cup flour
Preparation
heat oven to 350), in metal bowl over simmering water, melt choc and butter stirring. cool to room temp. in mixer beat sugar and eff until well mixed. add flour and beat thick and creamy. stir in choc and divide among little pots. bake 15 min.
