Ingredients

1 large can tomato juice

2 garlic cloves

1/2 onion

mushrooms

1/4 cup EVOO

1/2 cup veg oil

1/2 cup corn starch mixed with 1/2 cup water

Preparation

Sautee garlic and onions in the veg oil Sautee sliced mushrooms in 1/4 cup olive oil heat tomato juice until it starts to boil. Add the corn starch and bring to boil. Add the sauteed garlic and onions and oil mixture. Add the sauteed mushrooms and olive oil. Heat for additional 5 mins
