Ingredients
Fresh Tuna steak
Chives finely chopped
1tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tblsp olive oil (and truffle if possible)
Lemon juice
Red Onion (finely chopped)
Preparation
Dice the tuna with a SHARP knife Add all other ingredients and stir well Lightly add truffle oil at the end of the mix for a light perfume over the tartar Serve cold, in a mold if possible.
