Ingredients
fennel
coriander
fresh figs
Dressing:
4 T. silan (or honey)
4 T. o/o
2 T. lemon jc.
zest of 1 lemon
pinch chili flakes
S & P
Preparation
Mix dressing together, and pour over slivered fennel tossed with cilantro. Decorate with quartered fresh figs. (If figs are not in season, use any other fruit, or dried fruit.)
