fennel

coriander

fresh figs

Dressing:

4 T. silan (or honey)

4 T. o/o

2 T. lemon jc.

zest of 1 lemon

pinch chili flakes

Preparation

Mix dressing together, and pour over slivered fennel tossed with cilantro. Decorate with quartered fresh figs. (If figs are not in season, use any other fruit, or dried fruit.)
