Ingredients
2 T golden raisins
4 T cider vinegar
2 T water
6 T thinly sliced shallots
3 T olive oil
6 pitted green olives
2 T drained capers
Preparation
In a small pot, bring raisings, vinegar, and water to a boil on high heat. Cover tightly and set aside.
Saute shallots in olive oil. Remove from heat and add raisins, olives, and capers.
Set aside in a warm place.
