Ingredients
Flank Steak
1/2C chopped onions
1 clove minced garlic
2T salad oil
1/2C ketchup
1T Worcestershire
2t prepared mustard
1/2t oregano
1 can beef broth or 10 oz
1T brown sugar
Preparation
Cook onions and garlic in oil until tender stir in remaining ingred cook over low heat for 45 mins stirring occasionally until slightly thicken let cool. After grilling meat heat sauce and serve.
