Ingredients

1/3 cup shallot

2 cloves garlic

3 tablespoons soy Sauce

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon sesame oil

2 pinches salt

1 pinch pepper

2 pound Flank steak

Preparation

Add all ingredients to plastic bag and shake. Let sit for 2-24 hrs.
