Ingredients

2 pounds Spinach

2 pounds Ricotta cheese

1 pound Mozarella Cheese

1 teaspoon Salt

1 teaspoon Nutmeg

1 cup Onion diced

3 cloves Garlic diced

1/4 cup Olive oil

Preparation

In a saucepan cook the onion, garlic and spish over moderately low heat, until it is softened. Reserve.

In separated bowl mix cheesses with salt and nutmeg.
