Ingredients
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp seasoned salt
12 oz flounder
3 tbsp butter divided
1/4 cup white wine
juice of 1 lemon (1 tbsp)
2-3 sprigs fresh parsley coarsely chopped
Preparation
Preheat large saute pan on medium-high. Combine flour and seasoned salt in shallow bowl; dredge fish in mixture. Add 1 tbsp butter to pan; swirl to coat. Cook fish 3 minutes (do not turn). Add 1 tbsp butter, turn fish and cook 1-2 min. Remove from pan. Place 1 tbsp butter in pan; add wine & lemon juice. Cook 1-2 min until thick. Stir in parsley; spoon over fish.
