Ingredients

3.5 dl all-purpose flour

2.5 teaspoon baking powder

1 teaspoon baking soda

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon sugar

3 dl milk

3 tablespoons of butter, melted

1 egg

Preparation

Mix the flour, baking soda, baking flour, salt and sugar.

Melt the butter.

Pour in the milk little by little while stirring the batter, making sure that it doesn’t get lumpy. Stir in the egg and melted butter.

Let the batter rest for 5 minutes, before using it.
