Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 Tbsp honey

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 egg

1 cup milk

Preparation

Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Pour 1/2 cup of batter per pancake onto greased griddle or skillet. Pancakes should puff as they cook. Makes 4 pancakes.
