Ingredients

1 lb can (2 cups) cut yellow wax beans

1 lb can (2 cups) green beans

1 lb can red kidney beans

1 lb can black -eyed peas or limas

1 med green pepper (I used red/yellow)

Dressing 1/2 C wine vinegar

1/2 C sugar

1/2 C salad oil

1t salt

1/2t dry mustard

1/2t crumbled dried tarragon leaves

2T snipped parsley

Preparation

Mix and allow to marinate several hours. Makes 12 servings
