Ingredients
1 cup margarine – melted
2 cups flour
1 cup pecans – chopped
8 ounces cream cheese – softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 package Cool Whip®
2 packages chocolate instant pudding mix
3 cups milk
Preparation
Spray PAM into 9x13-inch pan. Preheat oven to 375*F.
Add flour and nuts to melted margarine. Press mixture into prepared pan.
Bake 20-30 minutes until golden brown. Cool. (Crust may be crumbly.)
Mix well: cream cheese, sugar and 1 cup Cool Whip. Spread over crust.
Mix pudding mix according to package directions. Spread over cream cheese layer.
Frost with remaining Cool whip. Refrigerate.
