olive oil

salt and pepper

1 tsp sugar

balsamic vinegar

baguette

garlic infused olive oil

slivered basil

parmesan cheese if desired

Preparation

Scoop out tomatoes coat with olive oil sprinkle with salt and pepper put on foiled pan and drizzle with with balsamic Bake 375 for 20 minutes til tomatoes collapse Cool While cooling slice baguette and drizzle with garlic olive oil and lightly toast Put one tomato on each baguette slice Decorate with basil and cheese if desired
