Ingredients
10 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
1/8 c sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 loaf bread, sliced
Preparation
- Beat eggs.
- Add milk, sugar, and vanilla.
- Whisk until combined.
- Dip bread into egg mixture.
- Cook on griddle at 325 F.
- Flip when top looks wet and more white.
Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, and fruit.
