Ingredients

10 eggs

1 1/2 c milk

1/8 c sugar

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 loaf bread, sliced

Preparation

  1. Beat eggs.
  2. Add milk, sugar, and vanilla.
  3. Whisk until combined.
  4. Dip bread into egg mixture.
  5. Cook on griddle at 325 F.
  6. Flip when top looks wet and more white.

Serve with syrup, powdered sugar, and fruit.
