Ingredients
1 batch red bell pepper
2 cups broccoli (fresh or frozen)
1 ounce vegetable pil
1 lemon
2 scallions
1/2 teaspoon black peper
1/2 cup orange juice
Preparation
Wash and cut broccoli into florets.
Sliced red bell peppers into thin slices.
Place broccol, sliced bell pepper in a steamer over boiling water, 12 minutes.
In a sauce pan, melt the butter, sliced lemon, scallions, orange juice, black peper.
Cook until scallions are tender.
Pour lemon sauce over broccoli and red sliced pepper.
