Ingredients
2 cups Shredded Chicken (canned or pulled off a rotisserie)
2 large dollops Sour cream (or mayonnaise, I just hate mayo :P)
6 Figs
Granny smith apple
Handful or so of Dried Cranberries
Two tablespoons of caesar dressing
1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Tarragon leaves
Preparation
- If using canned chicken be sure to drain very well! Pull chicken apart into fine shreds.
- Mix the chicken and sour cream together
- Chop up figs and apple into small chunks. Add to chicken and sour cream.
- Add cheese, a few dashes of tarragon, cranberries, and Caesar dressing and mix well.
- Lightly toast two slices of bread for salad or eat right out of the bowl!
