Ingredients

2 cups Shredded Chicken (canned or pulled off a rotisserie)

2 large dollops Sour cream (or mayonnaise, I just hate mayo :P)

6 Figs

Granny smith apple

Handful or so of Dried Cranberries

Two tablespoons of caesar dressing

1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Tarragon leaves

Preparation

  1. If using canned chicken be sure to drain very well! Pull chicken apart into fine shreds.
  2. Mix the chicken and sour cream together
  3. Chop up figs and apple into small chunks. Add to chicken and sour cream.
  4. Add cheese, a few dashes of tarragon, cranberries, and Caesar dressing and mix well.
  5. Lightly toast two slices of bread for salad or eat right out of the bowl!
