Ingredients
1 Avacado
2 cups Milk
2 Eggs
2 cups Unseasoned Bread Crumbs
1 teaspoon Cumin
1 teaspoon Coriander
1 teaspoon White pepper
1 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
1 pint Frying Oil
Preparation
Heat Oil to 250 degrees Fahrenheit
Prepare breading station by putting milk, eggs (whisked) and bread crumbs in 3 separate bowls or hotel pans
Season bread crumbs with spices
Slice avocado into 1/4" thick slices
Bread avocado slices by first dipping them in the milk, fallowed by the egg, then the seasoned bread crumbs
Drop the breaded avocado slices in the hot oil to fry until golden brown
Remove from oil and let sit on a plate with paper towels to catch excess oil.
