Ingredients

2 Eggs

1 tablespoon Milk

1 teaspoon Hot sauce (Texas Pete/Tabasco/etc.)

1.5 pounds Peeled (and deveined if possible) raw shrimp

2 cups Cheddar Goldfish crackers

.5 teaspoon Black pepper

.5 teaspoon Garlic powder

.5 teaspoon Onion powder

Preparation

Heat oil (high-temp, like peanut, grapeseed or canola) to 360 degrees.

Beat together 2 eggs, a tablespoon of milk, and a teaspoon (or more) of hot pepper sauce.

Fold in 1-1/2 lbs of peeled, raw shrimp and set aside.

Crush 2 cups of Goldfish crackers to a fine powder in a food processor or blender.

Blend in 1/2 teaspoon each of black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.

Dredge each shrimp in the cracker mix until well coated and fry at 360 degrees for 2-3 minutes until golden.
