Ingredients
Cherry Mozzarella
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
olive oil
Marinara sauce - for dipping
Preparation
Heat olive oil over medium-high heat. In the meantime, drain the mozzarella and pat it dry. Whisk eggs and milk together. In 2 separate bowls, put flour and breadcrumbs. Roll cheese in flour, dip into egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs, shaking off excess. Repeat with each piece of cheese. Fry cheese approximately 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned. Serve with warmed marinara sauce for dipping.
