Ingredients

1 kilo rump/fillet steak

1 eating spoon vinegar

0.5tsp salt/red chilli powder and pepper to taste

1 eating spoon tomato puree

1 whole stick of rosemary

1tsp garlic and ginger paste (each level)

1 tablespoon soya sauce

Green Bell pepper

Onion

Dhania

quarter cup water

1tsp corn flour (level)

Preparation

  • Wash steak with water and pound it (tenderize it)
  • Add pepper, salt, vinegar, red chilli powder, tomato puree. soya sauce
  • Put oil in a frying pan and add rosemary, garlic and ginger: fry this.
  • Mix the steak and then put it in the frying pan
  • Cook it and turn it
  • Add onions and peppers and fry
  • Add water which has been mixed with cornflour
  • Simmer and oil comes out and then it is ready
  • Add dania to garnish
