Ingredients

1/4 c canola oil,divided

2 large eggs

1/2 large pepper,prefer red or yellow

1- 1/2 cups chopped onions,green,or sweet

1/2 c frozen peas,prefer fresh steamed pea pods

3 cups cooked rice

1/4 soy sauce

1-2 teaspoons chili-garlic sauce

leftover steak,pork,shrimo and or chicken

Preparation

Heat T oil in large skillet,add beaten eggs,remove from heat

Heat T oil add onions,pepper,pea pods meat then toss with cooked rice and sauces
