Ingredients
2 Tbs. Veg oil
1 tsp. Sesame oil
2 Tbs. Soy sauce
Grated ginger
2 cups rice Rice
1-2 eggs
chopped onion - handfull
any veggies chopped small (bell pepper, zucchini, cabbage, anything)
Preparation
- heat oils & soy sauce over high heat in iron skillet until hot
- throw in rice & ginger
- sir fry for 1-2 mins (use metal spatula and scrape through to bottom of skillet).
- add veggies - - sir fry for 2-3 mins until veggies start to soften, then push rice to side of skillet.
- add a little more oil in open area and add egg(s). Let start to fry then gently scramble until cooked thoroughly.
- mix egg into rice, cook another minute, add more soy sauce if needed.
Serve with toasted sesame seeds on top.
