Ingredients

2 Tbs. Veg oil

1 tsp. Sesame oil

2 Tbs. Soy sauce

Grated ginger

2 cups rice Rice

1-2 eggs

chopped onion - handfull

any veggies chopped small (bell pepper, zucchini, cabbage, anything)

Preparation

  1. heat oils & soy sauce over high heat in iron skillet until hot
  2. throw in rice & ginger
  3. sir fry for 1-2 mins (use metal spatula and scrape through to bottom of skillet).
  4. add veggies - - sir fry for 2-3 mins until veggies start to soften, then push rice to side of skillet.
  5. add a little more oil in open area and add egg(s). Let start to fry then gently scramble until cooked thoroughly.
  6. mix egg into rice, cook another minute, add more soy sauce if needed.

Serve with toasted sesame seeds on top.
