Ingredients

1 can - lite chunk fruit cocktail
1 can - chunk pineapple (in juice)
1 can - mandarin oranges
Sliced bananas and strawberries (optional)
1 pkg - sugar-free vanilla pudding
Preparation
Drain juice into bowl (only 1/2 the juice from oranges) to equal 2 cups of liquid. Add pudding mix Stir until thick Add fruit Refrigerate overnight.
