2 Tbsp sugar
Lemon juice
TOPPING:
1/2 cup mascarpone cheese
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
2 Tbsp sugar
Pinch cinnamon
Preparation
Hull and quarter the strawberries. Place in a bowl with the other berries and mix in the sugar and lemon juice. Cover and let sit at room temperature for 1 hour. Let the mascarpone sit out for 15 - 20 minutes to bring to room temperature. In a mixer, whip the whipping cream, sugar, and cinnamon, until whipped cream is formed. Fold in the mascarpone cheese. Put berries into individual serving bowls and topped with the whipped mixture.
