Ingredients

1/2 a whole pineapple, chopped

3 red apples, chopped

1 container of strawberries, chopped

3 kiwi, chopped

12 dates, chopped

1 large container of blueberries

1 tbsp flaxseed

2 heaping tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut 1/2 a whole pineapple Put in large mixing bowl
  2. De-skin and cut 3 apples (red) Add to bowl
  3. Cut up 2/3 container of strawberries Add to bowl
  4. De-skin and cut 4 kiwi Add to bowl
  5. Cut and take out pits of ~10 dates (rinse hands and knife often to make it less sticky) Add to bowl
  6. Add 1 large container of blueberries
  7. Add 1 tbsp flaxseed Add 2 heaping tbsp unsalted sunflower seeds (may add a little more if you want)
  8. Stir and done
