Ingredients
1 1/4 pounds flour
1 pound butter
1 teaspoon salt
5.5 ounces sugar
4 egg yolks
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon vanilla
Preparation
Hand mix first 4 ingredients to crumbly, don’t overwork. Wrap in plastic and put in the refrigerator for 3 hours.
Beat flat, and bake at 325 degrees for 17 minutes.
Top with tempered chocolate while hot
Heat milk
Combine yolks, sugar, nutmeg and vanilla, then add to milk.
