5 lemons (4 green ones)

Preparation
Gateau d’avocats au crabe. Avocado, crab meat marinated in honey, thyme, third-cup coconut milk, 2 green lemon, salt and pepper combo. Peel, and finely slice the avocado, add extra lemons to preserve color, keep 1 more lemon for decoration (5 lemons in all). Layer and chill some of the avocado in large circular moulds (1 per person) Paprika sprinkled on top. In the fridge let the crab and marinade seep, drain and serve on the avocado and then add extra layer of avocado on top, sprinkle with paprika, release the mould and decorate with a thin rondelle of green lemon.
