Ingredients
3 T butter, melted
3/4 c graham cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c brown sugar
1 T flour
1/4 t baking powder
2/3 c flaked coconut
1 c chocolate chips
1/4 c chopped cashews
Preparation
Pour butter into 9 inch round cake pan. Add crumbs and pat into a crust on bottom.
Combine the egg, brown sugar, flour and baking powder in a bowl until completely combined. Pour over crust.
Sprinkle coconut, chips and cashews over the mixture in the pan. Bake at 350 until light brown around the edges. Cool completely before serving.
