Ingredients

6 Eggs, slightly beaten

1/4 cup Butter

1 cup Flour

1 cup Milk

1 teaspoon Vanilla

1/4 wedges Lemon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degree’s F

Preheat cast iron pan in oven. Glass Pyrex bowl can also be used.

Pour 1/3-1/2 mixture into each pan. Amount varies according to size of pan/bowl.

Bake until golden brown. Usually 30 minutes or so.

Squeeze lemon over finished pancake prior to adding butter & syrup.
