Ingredients:
4 cups of non-chlorinated spring water
7 tablespoons organic white sugar
3 1"x1/8" round peeled fresh organic ginger root slices
Preparation
Directions:
- Mix sugar and water at room temperature until the sugar dissolves.
- Strain your ginger beer plant and add it to the sugar and water mixture in a glass container with 1" of room at the top.
- Cover with a finely woven cloth to prevent flies and accidental spills from contaminating your ginger beer.
- Brew out of direct sunlight for 3-7 days, until the mixture has fermented
