Ingredients

Ingredients:

• 4 cups of non-chlorinated spring water

• 7 tablespoons organic white sugar

• 3 1"x1/8" round peeled fresh organic ginger root slices

Preparation

Directions:

  1. Mix sugar and water at room temperature until the sugar dissolves.
  2. Strain your ginger beer plant and add it to the sugar and water mixture in a glass container with 1" of room at the top.
  3. Cover with a finely woven cloth to prevent flies and accidental spills from contaminating your ginger beer.
  4. Brew out of direct sunlight for 3-7 days, until the mixture has fermented
