Ingredients
3 cloves Garlic
2 tablespoons Ginger
2 tablespoons Agave/Honey
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Water
1/4 cup Rice Vinegar
1 dash Sesame Seed Oil
1 dash Vegetable/Canola Oil
1 package Firm Tofu
3 bunches Vegetables
Preparation
Dry the tofu in paper towels until it’s no longer moist.
Throw all of the sauce ingredients together and marinate tofu over night if possible.
Put a skillet on medium-high heat and pan fry the tofu with a little oil to a golden brown color.
Pan fry carrots, cauliflower, etc. to your hearts’ desire. (Marinate these overnight too if’n ya see fit).
