Ingredients

4-5 Lb. pickled corned beef, cooked for 2 hours. Cool in the cooking water overnight.

GLAZE

1 C. low sodium soy sauce

1 C. duck sauce

2 T. ch. garlic

1 1/4 C. brown sugar

1/4 C. Teriyaki sauce

Preparation

Combine glaze and pour over meat. Bake @ 375F for 30 min.til edges are crisp. Cool before slicing.
