Ingredients

1 large yellow onion, finely chopped

1 carrot, finely chopped

1 green bell pepper, finely chopped

1 tablespoon olive oil

16 ounces gluten free tomato sauce

1/4 cup ketchup

1/4 tablespoons tomato paste

2 teaspoons gluten free Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon chili powder

1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

1/2 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt

Preparation

Thaw Alphatots while you prep and cook the other ingredients

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

In a large cast iron skillet, heat oil til warm but not burning. Add chicken and diced vegetables and cook through until chicken is done and vegetables have softened

Add liquid ingredients, spices and sugar, mixing everything well

Top the casserole with thawed Alphatots, and place in the oven to cook for 15-20 minutes

When Alphatots are cooked through, turn on broiler until they’re crispy.
