Baby bell peppers

Garlic - minced

Goat cheese

Olive oil

Balsamic Glaze (or balsamic vinegar)

Preparation

Slice peppers in half length-wise. Clean out the seeds and membranes. Sprinkle lightly with garlic. Cook on low broil for approximately 10 minutes. Add in goat cheese; drizzle with oil and balsamic. Put on low broil until cheese is melty.
