Preparation

Half Tb of yeast to soak in 3/4 glass of warm water for 10 mins

Mix dry ingredients, oil, Additives, yeast water, Knead for 10 mins

Set aside for an Hour or Two till the ball of dough doubles in size. Keep covered in plastic in a warn place.

Knead again and settle into a floured loaf tim

Leave overnight, covered in plastic, in a warm place

Preheat oven at 200C for 10 mins

Put loaf into oven for 10 mins

Lower tepl to 170C after 10 mins… Bake for approx 1 hour…
