Ingredients
1/2 cup White Sugar
1 cup Butter
2.5 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Cream of Tarter
1.5 cups Brown Sugar
1 Egg
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Almond Extract
Preparation
Blend sugars with butter until fluffy; then blend in egg and almond extract.
Mix dry ingredients together then slowly mix into butter/sugar mixture until well blended.
Press cookies onto baking sheet using a fork, dipping in sugar between each cookie.
