Ingredients
5 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup slivered almonds
1 cup Nature’s Path Heritage Flakes
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup maple syrup
Preparation
Combine all the dry ingredients, crushing the Heritage Flakes before adding them.
Add oil and stir.
Add maple syrup and stir.
Spread mixture in rimmed baking sheet.
Bake in 285 degree oven for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
