Ingredients
1/2 pound Ground Lamb
1/2 pound Ground Beef
1 Yellow Onion (grated)
3 cloves Garlic (pressed)
3/4 teaspoon Dried Thyme
3/4 teaspoon Dried Dill Weed
3/4 teaspoon Dried Basil
3/4 teaspoon Dried Oregano
1 teaspoon Fresh Mint (chopped)
1 teaspoon Fresh Parsley (chopped)
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Optional)
2 tablespoons Tomato Paste
2 Large Eggs
1 cup Bread Crumbs
2 teaspoons Fresh Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tablespoons Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine all ingredients other than the flour in a large mixing bowl
Form golf ball sized meatballs from the mixture
Roll meatballs in flour so they are lightly coated
Bake in oven on parchment paper covered pan for one hour
Serve alongside spaghetti with browned butter and Pecorino Romano Cheese
