Ingredients

1 1/2 pound boneless lamb

1 tablespoon toasted cumin seeds

1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds

1 teaspoon chili powder

Cilantro

Buns of choice

Preparation

Cut lamb into chunks; put them in food processor with cumin seeds, sesame seed and chili powder. Pulse until meat is ground. Shape into 4 burgers, and grill, turning once. Top with cilantro leaves.
