Ingredients

mashed potatoes made with plain yogurt or buttermilk

1 pound ground beef

1/4 cup Panko bread crumbs

1/4 cup minced onions

1 egg

1 tablespoon ketchup

1 clove garlic minced

1/4 tsp black pepper

1 large tomato sliced

1/2 tsp oregano

1/4 cup shredded swiss cheese

1/4 cup crumbled feta

1/2 10 oz package of frozen spinach thawed, dried and chopped (or 1 cup fresh chopped)

Preparation

Combine beef, bread crumbs, egg, ketchup, garlic and black pepper. Mix well. Pat been over bottom and up sides of 9 inch pie plate.

Layer tomato slices sprinkled with oregano. Spreach cheesed over tomatoes and top with chopped spinach.

Spoon mashed potatoes over spinach trying not to touch the meat.

Back at 350 for 45 minutes.
