Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon white sugar

1/4 cup dried onion

1 cup sour cream

3 bags frozen green beans

2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

1/2 or 3/4 cup Corn Flakes Crumbs

2-3 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Preheat oven to 350.

Cook beans according to package, drain and set aside.

Melt 2 tbps butter in large pot and then add flour, stirring constantly for 2 minutes. Add salt, sugar, onion and sour cream, stirring until warmed through. Mix in green beans.

Place bean mixture in casserole dish, sprinkle top with cheddar cheese.

Melt remaining 2 tbsp. butter and then add Corn Flakes Crumbs. Stir and then sprinkle on top of cheddar cheese.

Bake at 350 until bubbly, about 35 minutes.
