Ingredients

1 lb green beans, trimmed

1 shallot, thinly sliced

4 cloves garlic, crushed

3 tbl olive oil

Salt

Pepper

1 tsp grated lemon zest

1/4 cup hazelnuts, toasted & chopped

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. Toss green beans, shallot, garlic & oil in a large bowl & spread on large sheet pan.

  3. Add salt & pepper to taste.

  4. Roast until beans are cooked through & light golden brown, 10-12 minutes.

  5. Stir in the lemon zest & hazelnuts.
