Ingredients

80g Jalapeños or other thick skinned chillies.

20g Hot green chilies

1 Lemon

2 Cloves of Garlic

2 Tablespoons of Fresh flat leave parsley

50ml Olive Oil

Salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut Jalapeños in half scoop out the seeds and finely chop.
  2. Finely chop hot green chillies seeds and all!
  3. Remove the peel from the lemons scrape of all the pith & chop very finely.
  4. Finely chop the parsley & garlic.
  5. mix all the ingredients together season with salt & cover with the olive oil. Leave for an hour or two to Blend.
