Ingredients
80g Jalapeños or other thick skinned chillies.
20g Hot green chilies
1 Lemon
2 Cloves of Garlic
2 Tablespoons of Fresh flat leave parsley
50ml Olive Oil
Salt to taste
Preparation
- Cut Jalapeños in half scoop out the seeds and finely chop.
- Finely chop hot green chillies seeds and all!
- Remove the peel from the lemons scrape of all the pith & chop very finely.
- Finely chop the parsley & garlic.
- mix all the ingredients together season with salt & cover with the olive oil. Leave for an hour or two to Blend.
