Ingredients
1/2 pound firm tofu
1/4 cup tahini
1/2 cup ground walnuts
1 teaspoon dill weed
1 teaspoon tamari or soy sauce
1 cup bread crumbs
Preparation
Mash tofu with tahini. Add dill & tamari. Mix until well blended. Add bread crumbs slowly until desired texture (texture should just stiff enough to from patties without being too moist). Grill until browned on both sides.
