Ingredients
1 bunch asparagus
3 tbsp evoo
1/4 tsp kosher salt
Ground pepper
Zest from 1 lemon
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 c crumbled feta
Preparation
Put asparagus in shallow baking dish. Toss with 2 tbsp evoo, & s&p Grill or roast 3-4 minutes Remove and cool Cut asparagus in pieces. Put in serving dish and add remaining oil and rest of ingredients
