Ingredients
1lb Brussels sprouts
4 or 5 medium shallots
2 TBS olive oil
2 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp Paprika (Hungarian sweet tasted good, but I bet hot would taste good too)
1 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Preparation
microwave sprouts for 3 minutes on high (I let them cook… Probably not necessary) Mix dry ingredients Mix sprouts and shallots with oil sprinkle dry ingredients with shallots while stirring to coat evenly
Place mixture on grilling basket, about 5 minutes per side on grill.
put back in bowl with all the spices to soak up some more spice and serve
