Ingredients

11/4C Wish bone Balsamic Vinaigrette, Roasted Garlic Vinaigrette or Olive Oil Vinaigrette Dressing

4 boneless skinless chicken breast

1 large head romaine or green leaf lettuce torn into pieces

1C croutons

Preparation

Pour 1/2C of the dressing over the chicken turn and coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator up to 3 hours. Remove the chicken discarding the marinade. Grill or broil the chicken turning once and brushing with 1/4C additional dressing, until the chicken is no longer pink about 5 mins per side. Slice chicken and top onto the lettuce and serve
